His Grace Home Health LLC is skilled care provided by a Medicare certified agency under the supervision of your physician. Home healthcare provides medical care and training in the privacy of the home environment. Home healthcare is very cost effective and allows you to remain in the home.
Angel Home Healthcare Services provides comprehensive care, in coordination with your physician, personalized to fit the individuals needs of every client/patient.
In-Home care can be provided for clients who are returning home from the hospital or from a rehabilitation center. It is designed to help in the transition to home.
His Grace Home Health LLC provides an in-home assessment by an experienced professional, Registered Nurse, who with the help of the client’s physician and family then determines the extent of care needed.
Home care can be paid for through a number of ways. In most cases Medicare pays for 100% of covered services. Private Insurance companies also cover a range of services that vary in relation to each insurance carrier.
If you have an insurance policy and you are not sure what it may cover for home care, please contact our office and we would be happy to research it on your behalf.
It normally can be done very quickly as we deal with insurance companies on a daily basis. For your added convenience, services can even be purchased by the patient through our Private Pay program.
